You agree not to disrupt our server infrastructure through malicious denial-of-service traffic, automated endpoint flooding, or unauthorized tampering with widget codebases.

3. Accuracy of Data & Travel Assumptions

While we strive for high precision across our mathematical formulas and pull live data feeds from public references:

• Exchange Rates: Mid-market rates fluctuate continuously. Your bank or card issuer will apply retail spreads and transaction fees.
• Visas & Border Entry: Consular regulations, reciprocity fees, and entry requirements change without notice. Always verify directly with the official embassy or consulate of your destination before booking travel.
• Prices & Budgets: Hotel rates, meal prices, transport fares, and fuel indices vary based on seasonality, inflation, and local conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripCalc and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to travel delays, missed flights, foreign exchange losses, or immigration refusals.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, branding, code architecture, custom algorithms, and composite editorial content on TripCalc are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
